Calling the Elevator
Press either the up or down button on the floor panel only once. If you want to go up, press the "UP" button; if you want to go down, press the "DOWN" button.
Repeatedly pressing the elevator call button does not make the elevator arrive faster, but instead reduces the lifespan of the call buttons.
Do not use objects to block the elevator doors
If the doors are almost closed when you're about to enter, step back and press the call button to wait for another elevator. Using hands, feet, or other objects like umbrellas to stop the elevator doors from closing may cause personal injury or damage to equipment.
Observe Floor Level Before Entering or Exiting
Although modern elevators are designed to stop level with the building floor, operating malfunctions may cause stopping level variations. Therefore, stepping in or out of the elevator without first observing the car floor level is dangerous. If you notice any misalignment in elevator stopping levels, please notify maintenance personnel for inspection and repair.
Press Your Destination Floor Button
Once inside the car:
Press the button for your desired floor, then step back to stand inside the car to allow other passengers to enter and exit easily. If you need the doors to stay open longer than normal, press and hold the "Door Open" button.
